Fantastico is an autoinstaller for cPanel servers. It provides end users the ability to quickly install dozens of the leading open source content management systems into their web space.
phplist is available to install via fantastico. However, phplist, phplist.com and tincan are not obliged to provide support of any kind for fantastico or phplist.
If you pay for a service (e.g. web hosting) that provides fantastico, phplist, or any software or service, you are recommended to seek support from the service provider (e.g. your web hosting provider), according to the terms of your agreement with the service provider. phplist.com and tincan do not receive money from fantastico, netenberg, or your web hosting provider, and are not obliged to provide support or any other services.
tincan provides phplist.com docs.phplist.com, forums.phplist.com and other publicly-accessible resources for phplist users to support and develop phplist and each other in a public way.
Netenberg, Fantastico, web hosting providers, and other entities, legally redistribute phplist in accordance with the General Public License (GPL), under which phplist is released. Much other open-source software and free software is released, redistributed, sold and resold, under this license.
phplist and it's related entities (phplist.com, tincan) do not endorse fantastico or it's related entities (netenberg, netenberg.com). Additionally, fantastico and it's related entities do not endorse phplist or it's related entities. There is no contractual, verbal, formal or informal agreement between netenberg and tincan, nor between their related entities.
In accordance with the GPL, phplist can be downloaded at zero cost from phplist.com/download.
