When campaign emails are viewed, these images will be loaded from their remote location in real-time.<\/p>\n<p>To <strong>Insert or Edit image<\/strong>, open the <strong>Image Properties<\/strong> dialogue by clicking the postcard icon on the toolbar.<\/p>\n<p>To use method your images must already be hosted somewhere online and accessible via URL For example the image may be on your company website or a social media page. You then need the image URL to add the image to your campaign. The image URL will end in an image file type, for example .jpg or .png.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>First copy the image url.<\/li>\n<li>Paste the URLinto the <strong>URL<\/strong> box on the<strong> Image Info<\/strong> tab<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>If the image has been successfully added, you will see it in the <strong>Preview<\/strong> box. If you see a broken image icon, then there is likely to be a problem with the URL that you have used: make sure it is the URL for the image itself, and not for an .html web page for example.<\/p>\n<h2>Uploading to phpList<\/h2>\n<p><em>This method is available for phpList Plus and Pro Marketer Accounts.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>You can upload images directly to phpList where they will be stored and can be linked to from your campaigns. This saves you from having to host the images somewhere else, and allows you to manage them conveniently from within the campaign editor. To do so:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click tab entitled<strong> Upload<\/strong>. Click <strong>Browse<\/strong>, and find the image on your computer<\/li>\n<li>Click<strong> Open<\/strong> to upload<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Send it to the Server<\/strong> to complete the upload<\/li>\n<li>You can then position and scale the image as desired<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>You can upload images directly to phpList where they will be stored and can be linked to from your campaigns.
