Over the past few months, you’ve heard from us about the progress of our major user interface redesign. Today we have another improvement to announce: a new Knowledgebase with articles about getting more value out of your account.
The Knowledgebase addresses all common questions from phpList users and includes advice on brilliant content and effective campaigns. This handy new resource puts solutions to common problems within easy reach – the fastest route to getting your sending back on track. Learn about a variety of topics like how to blacklist subscribers or make a one-time payment, as well as how to revive an inactive email list and how to keep your audience engaged.
The Knowledgebase is easy to navigate with articles broken up into categories like Getting Started, Subscriber Management, and Creating Campaigns. Tags and a ‘cloud’ of important terms help you find what you’re looking for, and you’ll find a site-wide search box at the top.
The Knowledgebase is complemented by integrated access to the phpList Manual. The Manual is more comprehensive: it includes detailed explanations that walk you through phpList features, and pages with examples and screenshots. The Manual also contains case studies profiling a range of phpList marketers: larger businesses sending millions of messages per month, and small community groups with fewer than 100 messages per month. Advice on email marketing best practices can be found throughout.
As part of our interface upgrade, both the Knowledgebase and the Manual will soon be integrated into the dashboard of your account, and searchable from a new Help page.
