Therefore it is very important to inform wide masses on the measures organizations, businesses and individuals will be taking to prevent a further spread of the virus. Get your credits refunded
In order to help as much as we can, at phpList, we are offering to refund any credits spent on campaigns sent with updates about COVID-19. If you are sending a campaign to notify your subscribers about your organization, business or personal position on this pandemic we will add all those credits back to your account with no additional cost. Even if you have sent such a campaign in the previous days but you still have an active plan we will proceed with adding those credits used back to your account, as long as the plan is active. If you have not sent such a campaign, we strongly encourage you to use your voice to spread awareness to your readers.

Once you sent out your campaign please contact us at hosted@phplist.com, using the “Contact Us” form within your account pages. To help us add your credits as fast as possible, please make sure to include the subject of the campaign sent and the date it was sent.
